Hyat has hit the 6 month mark. It is hard to believe that much time has passed already. We were at the doctor on Monday and he had a stellar checkup! He got more shots, but the last ones until he hits a year. Otherwise he is weighing in at 14lbs 15ozs. He is in the 10th percentile for hieght and wieght, but the 75th for head size. So he has all his smarts. But overall his weight is great for his size.
He is a master of rolling over and grabbing anything we have in our hands our he wants. He has even started rolling across the floor to get to toys and things he is after! He also "swims" by laying on his stomach and doing some sort of crawl only he hasn't figured out to put his hands and knees on the floor to get some motion.
He is on to solid food and loves sweet potatoes. The peas he doesn't like as much and a result he ends up wearing more of those!

My Grandmother Stangby was recently in Bozeman to visit and got to meet Hyat for the first time. Hyat was happy to meet his GREAT Grandma!
