We had a great 4th of July weekend. Because I was only about 10 days or so post knee surgery, we were sure how it was going to shape up, but we had a wonderful weekend. We spent the weekend in Pinedale, WY with friends Waylon and LeighShelle Robertus and Austin and Deidra Rector. As some point, I will post on that trip, but I was not the picture taker, so am anticipating wonderful pictures at some future point.
We got home from Pinedale on Monday, which was the 4th of July. Hyat had been asking about shooting of fireworks, so we stopped on way into Bozeman and made a purchase. As darkness got close (it was only about 9ish since it is not dark in MT in July until after 10) we started setting them off. Poor Embrie was tired, it was late after a long weekend, and couldn't decide if she liked them or if the noise was too much for her. She watched a few, then was quite content heading to bed.
Hyat and Buck, set off a fine show. Hyat even used a punk and set off a fair share by himself!
