We have not let winter pass up by entirely. We have made it out ice skating with the kiddos a couple of times. Embrie dearly wants to do everything that her brother does, so we tried to get her some ice skates, but her itty bitty feet were not conducive to the available skate sizes.... She still wears a toddler 4 or 5, which is pretty much the size most 1 year old kids wear.... And, I supposes 1 year old kids don't ice skate much. We ran into the same problem with ski boots, so for now her snow boots pull multiple duties - including ice skates and ski boots. Hyat on the other had was fully equipped!
