6 Month Check Up

Embrie had her 6-month check up yesterday. She is a healthy little girl! She weighed in at 14 lbs 2 ozs, which put her in the 11th percentile for her weight. She is growing a lot like her brother and slowly sliding down the growth chart. Our doctor continues to reassure us that she will grow in her own time at her own rate (not that we were worried)! Her head size is in the 60th percentile - so she has room for all of her smarts! She was super tired during her visit to the doctor and really did not care for the crinklely paper on the exam table, so there was more crying than would have been ideal. And there were shots. But in the end she survived (and so did mom)! Our doctor actually told us that if all her patients were as wonderful as our family then she would have it made!
