A recent hike!

Buck, Hyat, the dogs and I recently got out for a hike. Around here there are so many trails to explore so we were covering some new territory in Leverich Canyon. It was beautiful and the trails are great. The local cycling clud is also doing a lot of work with the Forest Service to build and better the trails for mountain biking and they look awesome. With this belly I probably won't get out on my them this summer (a lot of single track and great downhill), but can't wait for next summer's rides. Hyat has reached a stage where he wants to walk and not just ride in the backpack. It is great to watch him roam, but with all the dirt playing and stick throwing it is a little slower going. Here a break we took to let Hyat out:

At the end of the hike, we had to take some time for Hyat to throw rocks in the stream. Bella also decided it would be a nice way to cool off!
