A dinosaur and a lady bug...

Halloween 2009 included a dinosaur and a lady bug... and well, eventually a clown. Hyat was sporting a wonderful dinosaur costume made by none other than my mom! Thanks a million Grandma it was a real hit. After having dinner at Karly and Weston's (where Hyat got his light-up cowboy boots) we took the kiddos around the block to do some trick or treating. The cowboy boots were a perfect addition adding red safety lighting to Hyat's costume!!! As we were tricking or treating Hyat caught on very quickly and as we walked by each out he would ask "Go to that one?" He wanted to go to each and every house we passed regardless of whether they had lights on or not!

Oh and the clown came out after the kids went to bed. Buck dug up an old clown costume (by old I mean from his college days...) and went off to a costume party. I, on the other had, turned off the lights and went to bed!
