He's growing up!

Before Embrie was born we transitioned Hyat out of the crib into a toddler bed.  Most people told us we were crazy and to just leave him in a crib for as long as possible (he NEVER tried to climb out).  But with the new baby on the way we needed the crib, so we did and it was seamless.  It took him months to decide he could even get out of the toddler bed by himself.  We knew it was time for a big boy bed and we finally got around to making it happen.  A number of Hyat's friends have big kid beds so he was really excited.  Actually, much more excited than I envisioned.  As Buck carried the mattress upstairs and began the deconstruct of the toddler bed and the construction of the big boy bed.  HYAT WAS BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS! Literally.  So here he is with his new big boy bed. I waited to long to take pictures... It was past bedtime, thus the pouty face.
